Our Products

Are all of your products made in-house?

While we make the majority of our products in-house, we do source and resell certain high-quality supporting components (for example, valve cover gaskets) to compliment our product line. You can see the manufacturer of the part listed above the title on the product page, such as below:

What is the difference between the part numbers listed on the product page?

We may list up to three different part numbers:

  • OEM Equivalent Part Number: these are the Porsche part numbers for the equivalent part. Seeing this does not mean our part is an OEM Porsche part.
  • Manufacturer Part Number: in cases where we source products from another manufacturer, this is their part number for that product.
  • Our Part Number: this is the part number we use internally for the product. You probably won't need it, but will see it on product packaging.

Returns & Refunds

This FAQ seeks to answer common questions regarding returns and refunds and is by no means comprehensive. Please refer to our official return policy if you'd like to initiate a return as it supersedes the answers below.

Can I return my order for a refund?

In general, yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered. There are some exceptions to this, such as tools, opened engine components (e.g. valve covers), or discounted items (e.g. scratch and dent listings).

Returns incur a 15% restocking fee if refunded to the original payment method or 10% if refunded to store credit.

Why are engine components non-returnable if opened?

We take pride in our products, and our mantra is that if we wouldn't install it on our cars we wouldn't ship it to you for yours. As a customer we'd be unhappy to know that the parts for our Porsche were secondhand, returned, and repackaged. As we cannot control what happens to our products after they leave our doors we aren't able to accept a return unless they are in the sealed condition they left our facility. This protects the integrity of our products and ensures when our customers make a purchase they are receiving parts that meet our high standard of quality.

This should go without saying: should the part arrive damaged or otherwise have some form of workmanship defect we'll happily replace it for you. The above only covers returns for a refund.
